Apparently some of the top restaurants are using induction burners
that heat steel or iron cookware with magnets. It means that there's
no ambient heat and you can touch the "burner" immediately afterwards
because it's cool, heating only the pan.

It is also significantly more efficient than using gas or eletric,
saving money and energy.
